It's so worth it

This weekend was mad! Friday I stayed in and felt sorry for myself with a take-away but Saturday I went to Fratton Park for Portsmouth Vs Reading.

I couldn't have wished for a better game. The weirdest thing i've ever seen it ended up 7-4! Spookily part of my dream ended up coming true...Sean Davis scored a long ranger (if, from a deflection) like I dreamt, except it was at the home end. Stranger things have NOT happened. We were in a comfortable 2 nil lead until be balls'd it up and ended up at 2-2. I thought we were doomed even though we looked so much the better side. We made it 3-2 and they got a penalty which was obviously hand ball by Papa, bad papa. Luckily James saved it! After the absolute HOWLER he'd made for their second goal he was all he could do really. We made it 4-2, then it went 5-2, then 5-3 (I was losing track of the score line, so many goals were flying in), then 6-3, then 7-3, then one last gasp from them left it 7-4 and we even cheered when they scored their 4th. It was so surreal. 11 goals in a match?! I don't think anybody thinks when they score 4 goals away from home that they will still end up losing by a 3 goals margin. Hahaha. It was truly amazing. Everyone in the team played so well together. Aside from Benjani's Hatrick i'd have given Sean Davis Man of the Match he out ran everyone. Hermann even scored, that's something we'll probably never seen again!

I left footy and walked to Walkabout where I met Elliot, he'd just arrived from Welwyn/St Albans and he was sitting with some Welsh folk watching Rugby. I paid £4.80 for double vodka in there. Chhhrriisst alive! Stayed there for one drink and then went back to Elliot's halls. They're pretty much like prison but alright. I felt like a scummy student walking around with them getting to know everyone. We went to a pajama party but I had no such thing so I borrowed a pair of Elliot's long shorts which kind of look pajamaish and 'Jon Evvaaannss from Waaallesss' gave me a Bridgend t-shirt...I left the Union at about 11, met Adam, went back to his halls (which are like a palace compared to Elliots) stayed there, ate some pringles, went home. Got in about 12, spoke to Dan for a bit, he's having a crackin' time in Leeds. Fell straight to sleep.

Sunday I did absolutely nothing. Woke up for 7am to watch our goals on MoTD and spoke to my Boyo for a while, then went back to sleep until 12:30, it was marvy. I didn't get out of my pajamas until 5 pm. So all in all, a great day.

Mother is returning from Turkey this evening, hoorah! Proper food returns! Although I did make a corkin' Carbonara last night.

I purchased Wigan away tickets today! £15 each! Whooooop!
