I <3 Sleep

Alright, Dave, you git.

Anyway, I had a pretty cool weekend. Friday I saw some oldddd friends, which was nice. Jim, Dan, Tom, Ferg, Mike, being the pick of the bunch. Was nice to see old Seton aswell. The Cosmic boys were pretty ace is usual, and I was surprised by Sonic Boom Six. I actually didn't mind them as much as I thought I would. Ferg being the gentleman that he is drove us to and from the gig, was well weird seeing St Albans for the first time in a good year.

Saturday Adam and I went into town and looked around all the shops, bought nothing. Although got given a rather tasty olive from a random olive market thing...yum! Bought some things for Adam's Brother's Girlfriend Aislinn, it was her birthday and we went to her BBQ later that afternoon. She was turning 21, she is younger than me! Not by much, but still she's going out with his older brother which makes me feel slightly odd, hah. The BBQ was fun, Aislinn's Mum was top drawer and her garden was MASSIVE, we even had a go on the trampoline. We left around 21:30 and went home to watch this really cool film called 'The Final Cut.' Starring Jude Law, Sadie Frost, Ray Winstone and some others about a guy (Jude, literally called Jude, they all went by their first names as the characters...weird) who dies and the whole movie is based at his funeral and his last wish is for them to see this movie he made filming them secretly leading up to his death. A bit surreal but I thought it was quite imaginative. I just bought 'Trainspotting' from amazon, I think i've only ever watched half of it so it'll be interesting to see the whole thing.

Sunday, we ate at Moon's and talked, then I went home. I hate trains, so loonnggg. I like the journey there, the way back is so painful though. Rubbish.

Becky had her baby! A little girl weighing 6lbs 8oz - I couldn't have been more wrong on the sweepstake if I tried. Hahah. She's named it 'Kiki-lee' hmmm, it's a little too close to Kiki-dee... I bet she's a cutie though, can't wait until she brings her in for 'show and tell', heheh. Remember show and tell? That was amazing.
