Well isn't that just hilarious? Nice little text from B Moore to inform me of JUST how much of an absolute prick some people can be. Ho hum.
Yesterday I went to Brighton to see Tim Minchin, - Oh.My.Days. He was WICKED! So so awesome. I definitely regret not finding out about him sooner! A sensational performer, he got a standing ovation, this is how good he is. Playing songs with lyrics "Only a ginger, can call another ginger Ginger." Hahah. I treated myself to a programme with which I got a free canvas bag, yippee! the only down side was minimal leg room in the Dome but I could definitely deal with it for Tim. I still can't get over how good he was! He rounded the evening off with a really awesome sentimental song about his family too, which was a nice touch. -
"And if, my baby girl
When you're twenty-one or thirty-one
And Christmas comes around
And you find yourself nine thousand miles from home
You'll know what ever comes
Your brother and sister and me and your Mum
Will be waiting for you in the sun"
How cute is that? He's Australian so I guess that is what the sun bit is all about. I asked Dawn if it was a bit wrong I found him slightly attractive, luckily she said no and that she liked him too, ha!
I am now looking forward to my next comedy venture - Michael McIntyre! I may need to bring some sort of face wipe due to mascara issues which are inevitable.
Chilling tonight with a movie, and tomorrow - Halloweeeeeen! Yay! Excited for dress up, heheh!

Sleepless in Seattle
I had the most surreal sleep last night, I was SO comfortable all snuggled in the quilt but I think I must have had some weird dreams because I woke up feeling kind of odd. It was pretty dark in the room, I got up to go to the loo (I know you wanted to know that) and I thought to myself 'Hmm must be able 4am' - came back into my room which can only have been 30 - 60 seconds later to what seemed like sudden break of dawn, at this point I realised it was 6:15 and I was due to wake up in 15 minutes anyway. DISAPPOINTED MUCH. I snoozed until 7:15 to make up for it. HA! Take that sleep pattern.
Friday I went out with Kate and we pretty much got smashed. I'd been drinking so much Cider recently i'd forgotten what effect vodka has on me. (Not a good one may I add.) Despite this we had an awesome night, I did kareoke...we won't go into that. Ended up after Scandals and Reg in Hampshire Boulevard, probably the biggest gay bar in Portsmouth. By this time i'd already stuck my head in a road traffic cone on the floor of hampshire terrace so to be honest i'd lost the will to care where I was or what music I was attempting 'cool' dance moves to. Had a great time in there until there was some handbags fist fight and we decided to go home. Kate got us some water to drink before bed - I woke up in the morning to an untouched pint of water next to me, hahaha. No wonder I felt hungover to the max. Saturday AND Sunday were spent recovering although Sunday I put my cake talent to use and made a black forest gateau which may I add went down a storm at work! Woohoo!
Last night we went to quiz as usual but this time Charis and Dan were there! The first time i'd seen them since their pretty awesome wedding in July. Man, I miss her sooooo much! Was great to see her and Dan and they looked extra happy so this was good news all round. We did average in the quiz although I was totally stoked that the randomness of Alan Laws is the reason I knew that Raleigh was a city in North Carolina which was the answer to one of the questions. Made me look smart for all of 10 seconds, totally worth it. Tonight Mother is going to Newton Faulkner at the guildhall, so I will be sat around watching Ugly Betty and being sad over my laptop which bye the way took 'blue screen of death' to a whole other level last night. Instead of the usual crap I get all over the screen it only had a few lines on display one of which said "Fatal System Error". I've come to the conclusion that anything with the word 'fatal' in it is anything but good news. I think we know what i'll be buying with my £2,000!
Fairy fixed my interior light last night, I didn't even think the 205 had the capability of doing that thing when you open the door the light comes on?! Apparently it does and the light had just broken - whaddya know?! Hoorah! Makes it seem a little more cooler than it already was, although not sure if that is possible cos it is officially the coolest wagon in Portsmouth.
Saturday is Kate's Halloween party and I am SO excited! Yes yes yes! I've got my Zombie outfit from last year which is still looking pretty great and i've booked in with Daisy to get my hair done on Saturday some crazy haloween style, going all out! Round Kate's for a party, then we're all going out and i'll hopefully meet up with Abs, Ads, Damo, Stokes, Cags, Len + others. Kate's house is going to look like a proper scary grotto! Going to help her decorate on saturday ready for halloween goodness! Hmm crap we're playing Wigan at home, balls. I'm going to have to try and work around this. Hmm early to Kates and hopefully hairdresser after 5?! An actual miracle if I can work this.
Caio for now bambinos!

Greed Kills More People Than Whiskey
Greed looks good on nobody.
Friday night I went to Kates, we watched some weird programme about rudetube videos or something. Video that was actually number 1 was not even worthy of being in the top 10 IMO. However, there was a good video about some farmer that put lights on his sheep and they'd run around in different shapes. Looked awesome! Haha. Easily pleased, clearly.
Saturday was easily the worst day of the weekend. I spent the day getting pissed off at us losing to Spurs even though we definitely didn't deserve to and that little poison swarf got sent off which pleased me and made the pain ever so slightly lighter. I spent the first portion of the night watching X Factor, confirming I love both Olly and Danyl. Olly especially. Mmhm! The later evening consisted of me going to Sarah's birthday party, then being coaxed into going to Yates and spending the rest of the night/early hours of morning being the ultimate 3rd wheel. If there was a prize for biggest 3rd wheel, I would have won it hands down.
Sunday however was AWESOME. Back at Thorpe Park for the second time in 2 weeks, i'm not addicted I swear! Fight Night - 10-10, so freakin' quality!
Things I like this week
- The PRINCE Boateng. (More like a king to be fair.)
- Nemesis in the dark
- SAW in the dark
- SAW in the day
- Collosus in general
- Various halloween mazes
- My Dad coming home
- My Mum's cough getting better (for me and for her!)
- Poison Dwarf Defoe being sent off.
- Prince's super goal
Things I dislike this week:
- Pompey losing to Spurs after a great performance
- Dindane missing 2 open goals
- Harry Redknapp (in general)
- Pig masked cloaked freaks on SAW
- Man with chainsaw in the Asylum
- Man coming AT me with chainsaw in the Asylum
- PEOPLE IN ASYLUM
- Hellgate
- Jermain Defoe
- My Dad being away

Mandala
After watching a mammoth load of One Tree Hill recently I figure the creator must love Explosions because a lot of the episodes are names after EITS songs, which I think is kind of cool. Just to point that out.
Anyway, I put in lots of hardwork this week on the WW front and was VERY disappointed yesterday. Boo me. Hopefully next week I will start to see results - result! Tonight i'm going to Cinema with Dawny, off to see 'Couples Retreat' which is the new Vince Vaughn movie. If it's not in the least bit good I will be stunned as I freakin' love Vince Vaughn and the goodness he brings to a movie screen. It was either that or some new one with Jennifer Aniston and however good she is in friends most of her movies are generally dull as dish water. Gonna meet for a couple of drinks before hand and then scoot on over to the movie for 21:20. Orange Wednesdays is possibly one of the best things ever to be invented.
I THINK i'm going to Thorpe Park on Sunday for Fright Night, at least this is the plan. If this turns out not to be the case i'm going to be very sad :o( few people already dropped out but Sara and me are definitely up for it so hopefully we'll still go. Rollercoasters in the dark - I defy anyone who says that isn't awesome! No doubt Scotty will have something to say he always seems to ruin my happy mood, Subo, Senile, Old, Kasabian hating. Pfft. Damn you Scotty.
I recently ordered the White Lies album i'm hoping it will arrive today! £3.98 from amazon, I figured I need to start listening to it because i've got tickets to see him on 1st Dec and need to brush up on the album! 29th Oct i'm off to Brighton with Dawny to see Tim Minchen, shall be awesome for sure then on 5th Nov i've got Michael McIntyre also in Brighton, CANNOT WAIT for McIntyre. He is an absolute legend and I am excited for the prospect of laughing to hard I crack a rib. Totally worth it.
I thought I owned a copy of Lights and Sounds by Yellowcard, I kept hearing songs from this abum on OTH and it just reminded me of about 5 years ago when I used to LOVE them. Not so much now but I wanted to bring back the memories and it was only £1.91 on amazon so....naturally I bought it! I really need some RX Bandits albums in my life too. I have some on copy but they're just literally sensational and definitely one of the best bands i've ever seen live, at least 7 or 8 times!
Just discovered RXB are releasing 'Mandala' on 26th OCT. Best news ever.
EDIT: Apparently i've been mugged off. you can already purchase this album on various websites. :(

XOXO
"So pretty much the last few weeks have been amazing! Been totally forgetting about issue numero uno, but sadly it's still *THERE*. Pfft. Seriously did not see this happening."
Just reading back through some previous blogs and felt compelled to say this. I wrote the above comment back in July and I distinctly remember Simon reading it and saying 'you referred to me as Numero Uno' - Hahaha, I just sort of went along with it but for the record I most definitely wasn't referring to him. It was just one of my many issues, the issue that is always there. But I don't mind it so much anymore :)
Been at Bec's tonight watching X Factor, totally loved Danyl - thought Dannii was bang out of order. Also big love for Olly! Said bye to her as she's off to Cuba tomorrow night for 15 whole days, I will miss her dearly. Hmph :( Got Fright Night next Sunday though to cheer me up, well excited! Will be a world away from the last time I was at thorpe park, still SO stoked about that btw! Hoorah!!! I keep waking up and thinking about it, and how freakin' AWESOME it is/was. Ahh!
Great time at the balti house last night with the work peeps, although definitely did not have a great time when I accidentally headbutted a glass straight on. I was laughing hysterically at something I can only imagine wasn't even that funny because I can't even remember what it is now, when I stupid dipped my head and cracked it straight on a glass. Right between the eyes! It now hurts severely to even frown or raise my eye brows. Having any sort of emotion which involves eye brows is not an option. Bad times. I don't even think anybody saw me do it! I kind of had to carry on laughing and laughing so much I shed tears in the hope I would cover it up that they're not tears of laughter rather tears of physical PAIN. I seriously do not even know how I managed to hit it so hard. OW!
Can't wait for parents to return from holiday on Monday mostly so I can tell them ALL about the show! Also partly because I am rubbish at keeping a 3 bedroom house tidy! Although I do deserve some sort of credit because I have cleaned the kitchen, watered the plants AND put 3 loads of washing on! Check me out. Housewife at the ready, woohoo! Tomorrow is the day for visiting grandparents and maybe attempting tocook some kind of one man roast. Wish me luck!
- How much am I loving Season 3 Gossip Girl, All seasons One Tree Hill and NEW GREYS! TV whore for sure.
xoxo.

What a difference a year makes, no?
Do you remember the things you were worrying about a year ago?
How did they work out?
Didn't you waste a lot of fruitless energy on accout of most of them?
Didn't most of them turn out all right after all?
The things I was worrying about a year ago, were not things to be worried about. The things I was thinking exactly a year ago, i'm still thinking about today and for this reason I should possibly be slightly worried. I've always wanted to be such a care free person, live life to the full, not care what anyone else thinks etc. I suppose I do, do this to an extent, but not as much as I would like. How did it work out? Well it worked out possibly the worst anything could work out ever. If anyone is thinking that i'm making no sense or waffling on about a load of rubbish then you'd be right but I don't write this down for anybodys benefit but mine. Didn't you waste a lot of fruitless energy on account of most of them? Yes, I absolutely, 100%, did. Although, even though I definitely regard it as the biggest waste of my time, I don't think I have any regrets. (Yeah, I appreciate that doesn't make any sense either.) Didn't most of them turn out all right after all? No, no it definitely did not. Maybe for one party but not the other. It's a difficult feeling to keep detained, to keep down, to keep and never let up. I'm pretty sure this isn't the way things are suppose to turn out.
Aside from any old emotions, I am really enjoying the seasonal weather. It's got that cosey wintery feel. It's freezing cold outside, I can't wait for it to get colder! I'm going to purchase big scarves and thick jumpers! Also a pair of boots is must, going to spend a teensy bit of cash on those! The air has that winter smell, which i'm sure is probably some sort of pollution but it works for me. Soon it'll feel just like last year;- aimlessly driving around in the 205, listening to Kings of Leon, over thinking everything and singing at the top of my voice.
As for the present it's the balti house and albert road visit tonight. Yay!
P.S - It's hidden very well these days.

BUZZING!
And given I don't like bee's this is extraordinary!
Mate, seriously, so freakin' awesome! A nice little pay check coming my way early next year, I CANNOT WAIT! Gina Yashere is clearly a legend and I can't believe I didn't realise this sooner. All hail Gina, cos she is awesome!
Nothing and I mean NOTHING is going to bring me down from this awesome week not even the idiot who thinks he can text me with a 'good luck' and think it's okay! How about "hello"? How about "how are you doing since I WAS A COMPLETE DOUCHBAG?" But no! Oh well, if you're reading this, I am fine! Case closed.
Can't actually wait until my parents get back from hols so I can tell them all about it! Yay!
WW is in full force and so far so good. Seen some old pics of me today that Kate had kindly added to facebook, they are so funny. Ah, the good old days.
I'm going back to buzzing because I have had the COOLEST week ever. Caio!
