Cluck Cluck Cluck

So basically i'm probably the happiest i've ever been right now. No word of a lie! You know there's loads of times you actually think you are the happiest ever but then you look back and think wow I was sooo not that happy, this is definitely the opposite to one of those times. Wahoo!

Turkey is 3 weeks away, aaaand I couldn't be more excited! I seriously need to get on with my wedding reading...i'm slightly scared about this :( Although I have made a small amount of progress since starting this blog. I'm actually looking forward to reading it in front of everyone i'm just hoping I don't burst into tears or anything though :/ That would be embarrassing to the max. Abby is a rather emotional person though so i'm not holding out much hope for there to be no tears at all, it took all the strength I had not to shed any at Damo's wedding!!

Just got back from The Hen weekend at Butlins yesterday - it was a blast! Totally loved it, being pink, a Granny and pajama'd! Really had a great time and got to know a few people a little better! Friday I got there about 6pm and wheeled two huge suitcases across the car park, for some reason I picked the car park furthest away from our chalet - brilliant! Had a few drinks and got ready in my 'pink' clothes to go out. We met some strange people including some men on stilts and a pink power ranger. Started off in 'The Swinging Shillelagh' - possibly the most horrific Karaoke bar i've ever been in. Nobody and I mean NOBODY could sing in this place. My ears are actual scarred. Watched 911 (epic!) at 12:30 and then crawled back home to bed about 1:30am. Saturday we did a scavenger hunt and dressed Abby up like Where's Wally - she looked immense! I was in a team with Kate, Caroline and Emma and we came 4th OUT OF 5! What a shambles. We even found a 1979 coin! Had lunch in weatherspoons and went back to get ready for GRANNY'S! The funniest thing I have ever seen was Abby as a Granny, superb. Everybody looked amazing, I was Doris for the evening and Abby was Aida. We all went to a silent disco and Abby did some breakdancing on the floor. Breakdancing Granny - amazing. On the Sunday we went to the Spa which was sweeeeeet! There was a room entirely of ice which you are suppose to stand in, is that a joke? I got in for about 2 seconds and got out again. The point? I do not think there is one. Plus had visions of not actually being able to get out once in and this confirmed to me that I am not a fan of this said ice room. Finished up there and went into Bognor for a Chinese Buffet which was yummmtastic. Sunday night we went out in out pajamas except Mum, Jan, Abby, Emma and Karen ended up looking more like Geisha's...so we all looked a bit silly but it was all good fun! Karen G and I were Mickey and Minnie. Woop!

I was seriously tired everyday, not quite sure what was wrong with me and I seem to have damaged my wrist which pretty much hurts like a bitch.

Missed Jaybird sooooo much when I was away so was grand to see him last night for so many cuddles and a slice of pizza or two :) Bring on more tonight :D

Next stop - Wedding of the year - The Bowley's!

How Messi do you wanna be?

So tonight i'll be getting some R-Patz action. V.much looking forward to this. Plus i've heard from some source that 'Remember me' isn't actually a bad film although the ending apparently a lot of people won't like...great. Can't wait to see what that's all about!

So it's Wednesday (Orange Wednesday, if you will) just had a pretty awesome bank holiday weekend! Thursday night was spent at the balti house introducing Jay to work people and generally having a great time, went for a drink in LJR's then Jay and I made our way back to my house for....sleep. Friday we ate pizza and I met up with friends for a mini pub crawl then went to The Festing with The Whymarks to see a rather unique band who are quite good actually. A man standing up playing the drums...also the lead singer - bizarre-o! Saturday went to the footy which was quite frankly, dull as dishwater. Went to Dawne's for chinese and watch the first half of City smashing Burley 6-1. Oh. Yeah. AND WE BOOKED OUR TRIP TO NYC! Hurrah!! Sooooo excited! Jetting off on Virgin Atlantic Airways on Sept 8th we have a games console in the back of our seat. Fucking amazing.

We watched New Moon, then Dawn fell asleep and I went to Albert road to meet the siblings and the rest of the crew (minus Jay) for a couple of bevvies. I was ridiculously knackered though so ended up driving home instead of staying out. Sunday, I don't even know what happened Sunday. Oh wait, yes I do! It started us having a roast with my lovely grandparents at our house, then we all went down Albert road for a few in LJR's, then we piled in the car to go to the Good Companion to see Dave Barratt play. I was put in the boot. It ended with everyone being quite drunk and us being disappointed that Shirins wasn't open so ended up going for a curry at midnight. To top it off, I opened the door of our taxi to find a ten pound note staring at me. It wanted me, and I wanted it. So that paid for the journey home! Stayed at Jays, and he dropped me to work for the most pointless 4 hours of my life. He then picked me up and we went to the movies to see Kick-Ass which was so KICK-ASS I can't even explain it properly. I want to see it again already! We also went to Strada for dins. Mmmm pizza!

Now back to the drawing board. Arsenal got thumped by Barca last night. Well, I say Barca, I actually mean MESSI. My god have you ever seen such a sickly talent? Unfair to say the least but absolutely utterly mesmerising. Tonight, United are likely to lose to Bayern but i'll be too busy staring at Pattinson to really give a shit.

Caio for now.
